Michael Roegge serves as Chief Executive Officer of Little Haiti Global (LHG), where he leads the organization’s overall strategy, operations, and growth. With more than 35 years of leadership experience at both operational and executive levels, he plays a key role in aligning LHG’s bold vision with practical outcomes that deliver measurable impact and long-term sustainability.

As both CEO and Brand Ambassador, Michael champions LHG’s mission on the global stage. He builds trust with stakeholders, represents the organization in international forums, and inspires confidence in the creation of Little Haiti communities worldwide, bringing the organization’s transformative vision to life.

Dr. Alix Desulme serves as Vice President of Strategic Planning for Little Haiti Global (LHG) and is the current Mayor of the City of North Miami. A respected public servant and global advocate, he has built a career at the intersection of diplomacy, education, and community development. With decades of leadership experience and an extensive international network, Dr. Desulme is committed to advancing opportunities for Haitians worldwide.

Through his leadership, LHG is carrying out its bold mission of creating sustainable Little Haiti communities that foster dignity, stability, and belonging across the globe.

Marie P. Woodson is a seasoned consultant and public service leader who serves as Director of Governmental and Diplomatic Affairs for Little Haiti Global (LHG). With decades of experience in community leadership, policy development, and international relations, she is widely recognized for her dedication to education, equity, and immigrant empowerment.

In her role with LHG, Marie provides strategic guidance on governmental and diplomatic engagement, helping to build partnerships rooted in accountability, transparency, and long-term impact. Her leadership ensures that LHG’s mission resonates with policymakers and global stakeholders while advancing opportunities for thriving communities.

Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Investment Little Haiti Global (LHG)

Kelly Gonzalez Jr. is a dynamic and visionary leader with over 15 years of experience spanning the transportation, investment, and media industries. He currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Investments at Little Haiti Global (LHG), where he plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s global expansion through innovation, investments, and strategic partnerships.

In addition to his leadership role at LHG, Mr. Gonzalez is the Founder and CEO of ProKel Mobility, the fastest-growing transportation provider in North America, delivering adaptive mobility solutions that connect and empower diverse communities. His journey began humbly—as a driver for a national transportation firm—where his strong work ethic and leadership led to his promotion to Director of Business Development, overseeing operations across 32 states and achieving companywide revenue growth from $500 million to $1.2 billion over eight years.

Under his leadership, ProKel Mobility has become a national force in modern public transportation—leading the electrification of contracted transit fleets and setting new standards for technology-driven mobility solutions.

Kelly is also the Founder of KelAir, a boutique private jet company that specializes in transporting professional athletes and high-profile clients. KelAir has become synonymous with excellence, discretion, and elite-level travel experiences for athletes and entertainers nationwide.

Recognized for his ability to identify growth opportunities, scale complex operations, and build impactful partnerships, Mr. Gonzalez has earned a strong reputation as a forward-thinking entrepreneur and community advocate. His strategic vision and global mindset continue to elevate LHG’s mission of driving economic empowerment, innovation, and opportunity across the globe.

Brent Latham

Diplomacy of Affairs Consultant

A native of Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood, Brent Latham spent much of his career abroad before returning to Miami, where he served as Mayor of North Bay Village from 2018-2024, and is now recognized as Mayor Emeritus. His experience encompasses diplomacy, journalism and public service, as well as non-profit management, a career which has taken him to four continents professionally. Brent holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, as well as a Masters in International Business from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar.   

Dr. Mariama Jaiteh

Diplomacy & International Affairs

Dr. Mariama Jaiteh is a social scientist, policy strategist, and community advocate with a multidisciplinary background spanning government, academia, tech, and philanthropy. She holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology and an LL.M. in Human Rights, equipping her with a unique lens on civic innovation, social systems, data ethics, and evidence-based policy. 

Her professional journey includes over a decade as a Lecturer at Florida International University, leading UX research at Google and Datamine, and conducting policy research at the Miami-Dade County Office of the Commission Auditor. 

As Co-Founder and President of the Gambian American Foundation, Dr. Jaiteh leads initiatives that foster diaspora engagement, youth empowerment, and sustainable development between The Gambia and the United States. Her work is grounded in cultural fluency and a strong commitment to global equity. 

Passionate about strengthening civic infrastructure and amplifying underrepresented voices, Dr. Jaiteh brings a systems-thinking approach to research, community building, and public service. A proud member of the Gambian Diaspora, she lives in South Florida with her family

Cindy “Supa” Doucet

Digital & Media Coordinator, LHG & Brand Ambassador

Known to many as “Supa Cindy,” Cindy Doucet is a Haitian-Dominican radio personality, hip-hop content producer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Best recognized as the “Voice of Miami” on The Afternoon Get Down at 99 Jamz, she has built a celebrated career in radio, media, and community engagement. 
 
Honored as one of the Black Women in Radio “Inaugural 30”, with her career archived in the Library of Congress. Supa Cindy continues to make history while uplifting culture and inspiring the next generation. 
 
As an LHG Brand Ambassador, Supa Cindy brings her influence, energy, and passion for community empowerment to amplify Little Haiti Global’s bold and groundbreaking mission around the world 

Dr. Rachel Tourgeman

Educator, Advocate & LHG Spokesperson

Dr. Rachel Tourgeman is a respected educator, advocate, and community leader with over 30 years of experience advancing education, nonviolence, and social awareness. Certified as a Nonviolence Trainer and State of Florida Standards and Training Instructor, she has earned national and international recognition for her innovative community programs.

She has developed and delivered training for law enforcement, schools, and nonprofits on issues such as conflict resolution, domestic violence, mental health, and human trafficking. As Co-Founder of POWERHOUSE Workshops & Consulting, she provides impactful programs for government agencies, organizations, and communities.

Today, Dr. Tourgeman serves as Spokesperson for Little Haiti Global (LHG), bringing her lifelong dedication to education, dignity, and empowerment to support LHG’s bold and groundbreaking mission of creating sustainable Little Haiti communities worldwide.

Ed Lozama

Broadcast Professional, & LHG Spokesperson

Ed Lozama is a veteran broadcaster and respected media leader with decades of experience in radio and communications. He began his career in Haiti as a teenager, later studying broadcasting in Chicago and continuing his professional journey in Miami. 

His career highlights include serving as Program and Production Manager at Vision 2000 in Port-au-Prince, where he helped set new standards for Haitian radio, and launching the first full-time Haitian-formatted radio station in the United States, Radio Carnivale. His morning program, Bonjour Miami, quickly became an icon within the Haitian-American community. 

Ed later co-founded Planet Radio, where his daily program Ed Lozama Live built a strong and loyal audience. 

Today, Ed Lozama serves as the official Spokesperson for Little Haiti Global (LHG), bringing his credibility, charisma, and communication expertise to advance LHG’s bold and groundbreaking mission of creating Little Haiti communities worldwide.
